There are a number of nonprofit groups that investigate cold cases. One of the most qualified is Case Breakers who recently concluded their investigation of the Zodiac Killer by naming the man they believe was the Zodiac.

The Delphi Voice Project has reached out to Case Breakers. We are also interested in identifying individual private investigators willing to volunteer their time in future cases.
