OUR GAME PLAN AND TOOLS
We have been working feverishly on this project in the past few weeks contacting media, victims' rights attorneys, public interest attorneys, victim and human rights organizations, and other groups such as The Case Breakers. We have expressed our willingness to use political pressure and the court system to seek greater transparency and oversight in the fight to bring justice to this case.
Our initial strategy was to use change.org to petition the multi-agency task force to hold a press conference on December 17, 2021 regarding the investigation into James Brian Chadwell as a suspect in the murders of Abby and Libby. Chadwell is scheduled to be sentenced on December 16th and could possibly receive more than 100 years in prison for the brutal attack on a nine-year-old in Lafayette, Indiana on April 19, 2021. This is not a statement as to our belief he is responsible but rather the case is uniquely situated so to challenge law enforcement's assertion that secrecy in the case is due to concerns regarding "case integrity." Mr. Chadwell is going nowhere. Investigators have had seven months to investigate him in a case that was already over four years old. We assume they have had access to all the contents in his home and vehicle including DNA, clothing, and electronic devices.

Rather than release the petition this week, The Delphi Voice Project is going to reassess given the new information released regarding Anthony_Shots. This may have nothing to do with Mr. Chadwell but also may indicated law enforcement is trying to build a capital case against him. We will not wait long.
In addition to petitions, there are a number of legal and political tools we are exploring including a grand jury, special prosecutor, independent auditor, citizen's oversight board, and civilian investigators. The time to act is now! Please join us.
Unfortunately, there is an elephant in the room that must be acknowledged--that is, the possibility that James Brian Chadwell was, in fact, brought to the attention of the multi-agency Delphi task force but was not thoroughly investigated allowing him to brutalize the nine-year-old girl on April 19, 2021. We sincerely hope this is not the case and that the lack of law enforcement communication on their investigation of him has not been influenced by trying to distance themselves from the horrific facts in that case.
